Estate of Late Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh &Ors.], expeditiously within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid case in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
