Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding to the opposite parties particularly opposite party No. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment, over the Other types of forest Gata No. 900, area 0.1670 hectare and Playground Gata No. 901/area 0.2000 hectare, situated at Village- Sevara, Gram Panchayat Sevara, Block Milkipur, Tehsil Milkipur, District Ayodhya that the beneficiary to get justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that on part of the property, an encroachment was found, for which, the proceedings have been initiated and on other part of the property, the children are using the same as playground. I do no see any reason to issue any directions as the property in question is used as public property. 4. The writ petition is dismissed in the above terms. 5.
