The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Lakhimpur Kheri to consider & decide the petitioner's application paper no. 6 (Ga) 2 for temporary injunction pending in civil suit No. 190 2025, Vishram Lal vs State of U.P. and others contained as Annexure no. 14 with this petition expeditiously within the specified period, as prescribe by this Hon'ble court & till the disposal of the aforesaid application this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the opposite parties to not raise any construction over the disputed land & maintain the status quo till the disposal of application U/O 39 Rule 1 & 2 of the C.P.C paper no. 6 (Ga) 2 for temporary injunction, in the interest of justice." 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the petitioner that 10.03.2025 is fixed for consideration of the injunction application. 4. Considering the abovesaid fact that 10.03.2025 is fixed for consideration of the injunction application, the present petition is disposed off directing the trial court to decide the injunction application positively on 10.03.2025 and in case, the same is not decided, the same shall be decided within a week thereafter, in accordance with law.
