Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.(Oral) By means of instant petition, the petitioners have sought the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to forthwith grant the promotion pay scale (Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- to the petitioner from due date, details whereof is given in para 4 of the writ petition along with arrears of the same. (ii) Any other order or direction, which this Hon’ble court deems fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case, be passed. (iii) To award cost of the petition to the petitioner.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 11.04.2017, passed in WPSS No. 602 of 2014, Munni Devi Vs. Nagar Palika Parishad, Ramnagar and other connected matters. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 2 5.
