Issue a writ, order or direction directing the respondents to grant the petitioner an arms license under succession as per the Arms Act, 1959." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending matter with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
