Sri Yogesh Chandra Bhatt, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.4 says that the recovery certificate for recovery of the loan amount from the petitioner-borrower has been withdrawn, therefore, the citation of recovery issues herein stands nullified. A communication in this regard has been sent by the Bank to the District Magistrate, Raebareli on 24.02.2025 copy of which has been placed before us which is taken on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid, we quash the impugned citation of recovery, however, with liberty to opposite party no.4 to proceed against the petitioner as per law if there is a cause. 5.
