Heard. 3. Considering the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite party no.5 is dispensed with. 4. The petitioner seeks cancellation of EWS certificate issued to his wife i.e. opposite party no.5 with whom it appears he has strained relations. The submission is that considering definition of family contained in 4.3 of the circular of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension, Department of Personnel and Training dated 31.01.2019, taking into consideration the holdings of father of opposite party no.5, the total holdings comes to 9.5 bigghas which takes her outside the purview of the said circular for issuance of EWS certificate. However, learned counsel for the State says that duration of the said certificate is coming to an end on 31.03.2025. 5. Be that as it may, if there is a cause, the petitioner may approach opposite party no.4 raising his greivance which can be looked into as per law but only after hearing opposite party no.5 and a decision shall be taken after getting the facts verified. 6.
