By means of the present criminal writ petition, the petitioner has sought the indulgence of this Court to direct and command the respondent No.3 to produce the prosecutrix before the concerned Magistrate for getting her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and further to direct the respondent No.3 to produce the progress report of the investigation in connection with FIR No.0708 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021, for the offence punishable under Section 366 IPC, registered with P.S. Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar. 4. Learned State Counsel on instruction submits that after investigation, final report has been submitted on 13.01.2022 in favour of the respondent No.4-Asif. Learned State Counsel has passed on to this Court the said instruction, which is taken on record. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to 2025:UHC:6705 be decided in the present criminal writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.
