The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent Nos.4 and 5 at the behest of respondent Nos.6 and 7 and are being threatening with false implications in criminal cases. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law and brother-in-law of one Thota Pitchaiah, who has filed Insolvency Petition No.3 of 2025, on the file of the II Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Narsaraopet. 3. It is submitted that the petitioners are now pressured to settle the civil disputes of respondent No.6 and 7. At their behest, the respondent No.5 is pressuring the petitioners to settle the claims of respondent Nos.6 and 7. 4. The Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, on written instructions, submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law and brother-in-law of Thota Pichaiah, who filed Insolvency Petition No.3 of 2025, on the file of the II Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Narsaraopet, and that the petitioners are in possession of amounts and ornaments belonging to Tota Pitchaiah. It is further submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, that no complaint has been lodged against the petitioners. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents, 3 HN, J W.P.No.8066_2025 there shall be a direction to respondent No.5 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due process of law, and not to interfere in any civil disputes, if any, pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondent Nos.6 and 7. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
