Learned counsel appearing for ICICI Bank has placed before us a communication dated 18.10.2024 sent by the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime, P.S.-Visakhapatnam City for debit freeze of the account of the petitioner details of which are given therein. Copy of this communication has been given to the petitioner's counsel. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to seek such remedies as may be prescribed in law. As regards freezing of the account with opposite party no.4, it is also a private bank and not represented before us, therefore, considering the nature of the disputes, writ petition would not maintainable.
