Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing to the opposite parties concerned to take necessary action against the opposite party No. 3 who have illegally want to make construction of cow shade in the land of Gram Panchayat- Ranjit Bojha, Block- Nawabganj, Tahsil- Nanpara, District- Bahraich. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to make the cow shade in the land of Nagar Panchayat- Rupaidiha, District- Bahraich, in the interest of justice."" 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based on the instructions, states that the proposal was duly accepted and a decision was taken as it is clear from the instructions, which is taken on record. 4. In view of fact that the decision has been taken in accordance with law, no interference is called for. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
