The petitioner has filed this writ petition in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the opp. party No. 4 to give permission to him to cut the Sagaun trees standing on the land Gata No. 348/1 area 0.065 Hectare situated at Village Beepur Semra, Post Pachperwa, Tehsil Tulsipur, District Balrampur. Learned Addl. C.S.C. has received instructions that an on-the- spot inspection has been conducted in February, 2025 and now a decision would be taken on the application of the petitioner seeking permission, however, she is not aware as to what happened to the petitioner's application submitted in 2021. Be that as it may, let the opp. party No. 4 take a considered decision in the matter as per Rules, but positively within 15 days from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted before him.
