Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashish Raman Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 04.01.2025 passed in Civil Appeal No. 8 of 2024 whereby, the injunction granted by the Civil Judge was stayed. An interim order has been passed, the appeal is still pending. 3. Considering the fact that the interim order is based upon the fact that the person who was allegedly selling the land also was recorded as a tenure holder in the Khatauni entry, I do not see any reason to interfere with the said order. More so, because of the fact that the petitioner himself has pleaded that stay order has already passed by the Commissioner in the mutation proceedings that are taking place in between the parties. 4.
