Page 2 of 2 [2] This present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs: “a.Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction commanding the respondents to correct the petitioner's date of birth in the marksheet from 11.09.1998 to 17.01.2000. b. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the respondents to issue a fresh marksheet reflecting the correct date of birth, i.e.. 17.01.2000. c. Direct the respondents to consider and act upon the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 within a stipulated time frame.” d. Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted representation dated 20.06.2025 addressed to respondent No.3 praying for correction of date of birth in Secondary Examination Mark Statement of NIOS, but she got no response from the concerned respondent. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to consider the representation dated 20.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law.
