Petitioners have alleged deliberate and intentional violation of order dated 13.10.2023 passed in CRMP No. 3859 of 2023 in Cr.MMO No.833 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to subsequent developments and subsequent orders passed in Cr.MMO No. 833 of 2023, present contempt proceedings do not survive.

The record of the petition lends support to the

submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners. The contours of order dated 13.10.2023 have been differently shaped under order dated 27.12.2024, passed in Cr.MP No. 4290 of 2024, filed in Cr.MMO No. 833 of 2023.

In view of above, the present contempt proceedings are closed as prayed for. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
