The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a direction to the District & Session Judge Ambedkarnagar to expedite the disposal of the Revision No.05/2025 filed under section 12 C (6) U.P Panchayat Raj Act 1947 by the petitioner against the order dated 17.1.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Officer Tanda District- Ambedkarnagar under section 12-C U.P Panchayat Raj Act 1947 in respect of Village- Poorabax Rai, Pergana & Tehsil Tanda District- Ambedkarnagar pending before him, within short and reasonable period prescribed by this Hon'ble in interest of justice. True copy of memo of revision is contained as Annexure No.1 to the petition." 3. Considering the fact that the revision is pending, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application for early hearing of the revision, which shall be considered by the District & Sessions Judge and shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
