Utraula District Balrampur to decide the C-6 application, for temporary injunction filed Under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC in Civil Suit No. 472 of 2017 bearing CNR No.UPBP120014222017 (Rahamet ali Vs Imdad Beg & Anr) expeditious time frame, in view of the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court's letter dt.16.08.2017 bearing No. CL No. 24/Admn. G-II, contained as Annexure No.6, for securing the ends of justice. Copy of the C-6 application, for temporary injunction filed on 16.11.2017 under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC in Civil Suit No. 472 of 2017 bearing CNR No.UPBP120014222017 (Rahamet ali Vs Imdad Beg & Anr) is annexed herewith as Annexure No.1 to this petition." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application for temporary injunction with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
