Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.09.2024 passed by the Civil Court accepting the power of attorney filed by the opposite party as well as the order dated 28.01.2025, whereby the revision was dismissed. 3. Considering the fact that the order was passed for accepting the power of attorney, no consequence ensue. The effect of the said power of attorney and its consequence shall be seen during trial of the suit. 4. No interference is called for at this stage. The writ petition is disposed off. 5. The parties would be at liberty to contest or take such pleadings as may be required under law.
