THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO:1951 OF 2024
ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 08.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22465 of 2023.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 08.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22465 of 2023 and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
