This application under Section 482 Cr.PC. has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 967 of 2024 (State Vs. Arpit and others), arising out of case crime no.920 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 406 IPC, Police Station- Shikohabad, District - Firozabad pending before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Shikohabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has confined his prayer for consideration of the bail application/ any other proceedings which he may be filing against the non-bailable warrants issued against him. 4. Learned AGA on the other hand submits that he has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to prefer appropriate proceedings/ application before the court below then the same shall be considered with most expeditions strictly as per the law of the land without any delay.
