The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue an order or direction opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fast Track Court, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Execution Case No. 04/2022 under Order 21 Rule 12 CPC filed by the petitioner for execution of judgment and order dated 17.12.2021 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)-V, Ambedkar Nagar in Regular Suit No. 49 of 1995 (Dev Narayan Vs. Jhinku and others) which is still pending since 01.07.2022, as early as possible within stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
