The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 05.02.2025 whereby directions were given for holding of the election early. 3. The submission of the Counsel for the petitioner is that the grievance raised by the petitioner is pending in an appeal filed by him and, impugned direction would effect the ultimate outcome of the appeal. The said contention of the Counsel for the petitioner merits rejection as only the directions have been issued for holding the meeting for taking a decision with regard to the allotment of fair price ship. 4. In view thereof, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed.
