JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDER (ORAL) (Per ARUN PALLI-CJ) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance to the order and judgment dated October 30, 2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench, the Commission has carried out the enquiry and the report in this regard has been submitted to the Appellate Authority on July 12, 2025. He submits, for, the parties had completed the pleadings only on November 01, 2025, the Appellate Authority has accordingly kept the matter next week for final arguments. And in any case the formal orders deciding the Appeal shall be passed within two weeks from today. To this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the order and direction issued by this Court on October 30, 2024, was to be complied with within the stipulated time, which has elapsed long back. However, he be granted liberty to move an appropriate application, just in case the Appellate Authority still fails to pass the necessary orders, for revival of this petition itself.
