Zothankhuma, J) Heard Mr. A. B. Dey, learned counsel for the appellant husband and Mr. T. Sheikh, learned counsel for the respondent wife. 2. The learned counsels for the parties submit that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties during mediation on 20.08.2025. Page No.# 2/2 3. The terms of the settlement, as executed by the parties on 20.08.2025, are as follows:- “TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. That both the parties agreed and consented to amicably settle the connected case through mediation. 2. That the 2nd party will withdraw all the cases filed by her including FIR dated 5/2/2018 Silchar P.S. case No. 386/2018 GR No. 613/2018 pending in the court of CJM Silchar, Cachar, MS. 45/2022 pending in the Court of Civil Judge No. 1 Silchar, Cachar. 3. That in future no party will interfere in their respective personal as well as conjugal life with each other. 4. That both the parties including their respective relatives and friends will not be interfered with their personal as well as conjugal life with each other. 5. That both the parties are bound by the above conditions of this settlement agreement. 6. That both the parties shall appear in the Hon'ble referral court (in the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court) on the next date fixed by the said Hon'ble Court and the parties will do as such the said Hon'ble Court directs. 7. That the mediation is accordingly closed.” 4. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off, in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. JUDGE JUDGE Comparing Assistant
