Heard Mr. Shrikant Kaushik, learned counsel petitioners as well as Mr. Khulesh Sahu, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent/s. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs: “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 4 (Tehsildar, Janjgir), to conduct a final and proper demarcation of the Petitioner's land situated in Village Amoda, P.H. No. 23, Revenue Circle Sukli, Tehsil Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa, bearing Khasra No. 1145/3, and provide the exact length, width, and boundaries within a stipulated timeframe. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction to the Respondents to decide upon and act upon the representations submitted by the Petitioner dated 26.11.2024 and 15.01.2025, in accordance with the law, after granting the Petitioner an opportunity of hearing, and to pass a reasoned order on the same within a stipulated period. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.” 3 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after purchasing of land through registered sale deed dated 15.04.1986, the demarcation application has been filed, but it has not been considered and lying pending before the concerned Tehsildar/respondent. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent has not opposed the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submit that the petitioner has not approached before the authorities in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Tehsildar for his grievances which relates to demarcation of land after purchasing of said land through registered sale deed dated 15.04.1986, and the concerned Tehsildar is directed to decide the application of petitioner for demarcation of land in accordance with law. 6.
