The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a order or direction in the nature of and directing the court of Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Court No.- 13, Barabanki to ensure expeditious disposal of application filed Under Order 39 Rule 01 on 23.09.2024 in Civil Suit No. 1089/2024 (Deshraj vs Amrish and Others) before the court concern whereby the Learned trial court has been humbly prayed to grant temporary injunction for the land in question, to avoid balance of convenient and irreparable loss in the interest of justice, expeditiously, or may be within a period of 15 days, or any short time period as per direction of this Hon'ble Court, as contained as Annexure No. 01 to this petition." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
