Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondent no.4 had demolished the constructions of the petitioner illegally. 3. The petitioner earlier approached this Court by filing Writ-C No.7982 of 2024, which was disposed off vide order dated 17.09.2024 permitting the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate. The District Magistrate in terms of the said order has noted that the petitioner is at liberty to take steps against the respondent no.4 for violation of his rights. 4. In view thereof, no further direction as prayed for can be granted by this Court. The writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner would be at liberty to raise his grievance in accordance with law against the respondent no.4, if so advise.
