PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are strangers in so far as the marital disputes between the 1st accused and the 2nd respondent. It is submitted that the petitioners are neither relatives of the 1st accused or the 2nd respondent. However, they have been roped in a false 2 complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent. It is alleged that the petitioners along with other accused have committed the offences under Section 85, 351(2) of BNS read with Section 3 and 4 of D.B. Act. 3. Considering the same, the Station House Officer, Mahila UPS Police Station, Visakhapatnam shall follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of BNSS Act for the purpose of investigation of Crime No.309 of 2024. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
