The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 24.4.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 13201 of 2024. The order-sheet of the case annexed with the afÏdavit filed in support of the contempt application shows that the case could not be heard by the Presiding OfÏcer on 95% of the dates fixed, because the members of the Bar were on strike and no counsel appeared to argue the case. In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any willful disobedience of the order of the writ Court on the part of the Presiding OfÏcer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case.
