Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS Withdrawal Application (IA) No.1 of 2025 In CRLR No.752 of 2023 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Kaushal Sah Jagati, Advocate for the revisionist. Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, Deputy Advocate General for the State. It is a revision against an order passed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. It is an admitted revision. Now, a withdrawal application has been filed. Learned counsel for the revisionist would submit that the parties have amicably settled the dispute. Therefore, permission may be granted to withdraw the revision. Generally, criminal revision is admitted, it has to be decided on merits. But, it is a matter which arises from matrimonial discord. Since the parties have settled the dispute amicable, no purpose would be served if the revision is kept pending. Therefore, permission is accorded to withdraw the revision. The withdrawal application is allowed. The revision is dismissed as withdrawn. (Ravindra Maithani, J.) 10.01.2025 Sanjay
