We are surprised to see the nature of relief sought and the form in which it has been sought. The bank is the tenant in the premises of the petitioner. Whether the bank should continue as a tenant or not, is a matter to be seen by the bank as per its policy and not for this Court to intervene atleast at this stage when the lease has not even expired but will expire in September, 2025. We, therefore, decline to interfere in exercise of our extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla,J.)
