This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.03.2024, passed in W.P.(S) No. 1039 of 2024. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representation / recommendation is dated 30.08.2022, however, in para-5 of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 1039 of 2024, inadvertently, it has been typed as 30.08.2002 and to substantiate his argument, he refers to Annexure-7 of the writ petition. 4. Looking into Annexure-7 of the writ petition, it transpires that the representation / recommendation is dated 30.08.2022, as such, it appears that the said date has wrongly been typed as 30.08.2002. 5. In view of the above, in para-5 of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 1039 of 2024, the date of representation / recommendation dated ‘30.08.2002’ be read as -2- “30.08.2022” in place of 30.08.2002. 6. The order dated 19.03.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 1039 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. 7. This petition is allowed and disposed of as such. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Amitesh/-
