Ranjan Sharma, Judge OMP No. 1187 of 2024 The instant application has been filed by the applicant M/S Madhava Hytech Engineer Pvt Ltd; praying for withdrawal of the instant petition in view of the fact that matter stands settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas-II Scheme which has been duly accepted on 27.11.2024, Annexure P-1. The application for withdrawal is supported by an affidavit. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? - 2 - 2. Upon listing of the application, the learned non- applicant –State Counsel, does not opposes the prayer for withdrawal in view of the fact that the identical matter i.e Arbitration Case No. 111 of 2021 filed by the State authorities also stands withdrawn, in terms of the separate order passed today. 3. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to be withdrawn in aforesaid terms. However, it is clarified that pursuant to the settlement and its acceptance under Vivad Se Vishwas-II Scheme, the State Authorities, are mandated to take expeditious steps, as per the norms for ensuring the release of accrued benefits to the applicant herein. 3.
