It is submitted at the Bar that the issues involved in this writ petition have already been conclusively adjudicated by a coordinate Bench of this Court by the judgment and order dated 13.09.2022 passed in WP(C) No.258/2022 and the batch of connected writ petitions and the Division Bench has also affirmed the said judgment by the judgment and order dated 24.04.2025 passed in Writ Appeal No.132/2025 preferred by the Union of India and its officials, as appellants. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Since there is consensus at the Bar that the issues raised in the writ petition are covered by the judgment and order dated 13.09.2022 passed in WP(C) No.258/2022 and the batch of connected writ petitions as affirmed by the judgment and order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Division Bench in Writ Page No.# 3/3 Appeal No.132/2025, the matter stands closed by clarifying that the relief prayed for in the writ petition shall be covered by the aforesaid judgments.
