Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/plaintiff submits that as against the preliminary decree granted in O.S.No.86 of 2012, the some of the respondents filed an appeal before this Court in A.S.(MD)Nos.150 to 152 of 2017 and the same are pending. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. 4.Recording the same, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
