Through this petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief:
"it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Uttraula, District- Balrampur to conclude the proceeding of Complaint Case No.5085/2019 U/S 498A, 323 I.Р.С. 3/4 D.P. The petitioner is the complainant in the present case and is running pillar to post for disposal of the aforesaid complaint case. Thus, it is prayed by the petitioner's counsel that the said complaint case may be expedited. Perused the record. No extraordinary circumstance has been pleaded or argued by
learned counsel for the petitioner as required vide order dated 11.3.2022 passed by Supreme Court in M. Gopalakrishnan v. Pasumpon Muthuramalingam, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 1968. Hence, in view of the judgment in M. Gopalakrishnan's case (supra), there appears to be no justification for directing expeditious disposal of proceedings pending before the trial court. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
