Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Kumar Jaikrit, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2 and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that although the respondent bank has initiated proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, the petitioner is desirous of settling the dues with the Bank. 3. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an OTS application as per the prevalent OTS policy of the bank. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within a period of two weeks from the application being filed.
