The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure–A. 2. In Annexure–A, the petitioner has requested the respondent to award compensation by issuance of Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) or Alternate Land in respect of the land bearing Sy.Nos.9, 10 & 11 measuring 6 acres - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7532 WP No. 1822 of 2019 13 guntas situated in KG Baidrehalli which according to her encroached up on by the BBMP. 3. Learned counsel for the BBMP submits that, the said lands are the subject matter of an appeal before this Court in RFA No.513/2018 and therefore, they cannot take any decision on the said representation. 4. In the light of the said submission, the BBMP is directed to consider the said representation and inform the petitioner about its inability to take any action on her representation in the light of the pending RFA.
