Mr. Ratan Datta, learned counsel without filing Vakalatnama in this review petition has submitted that one counsel from Guwahati has instructed him to seek adjournment. I am not convinced with his prayer and rejected the same after going through the merits of the review petition. Having gone through the review petition and the entire judgment and order dated 02.06.2023 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.113 of 2021, I am not satisfied with any grounds made in this review petition.
