This miscellaneous application proceeding has been initiated under the provision of Section 5 of Limitation Act seeking for condonation of delay of 365 days in filing appeal No. 1316 of 2024. However, it is required to give an opportunity to both the parties with the proceeding to address the issue and therefore, without expressing any opinion on merit of the matter of delay application, it is deemed appropriate that this proceeding is required to be disposed of.
