Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Baldiral, District Sultanpur. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4.
