Learned counsel would submit that the respondent authorities have not complied the interim order. Then the C.C.No.313 of 2019. in that contempt interim petitioner moved a contempt case in the respondent authorities have complied the order. As such, no further case. orders are required in this matter and petition may be closed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent-University would submit that the petition may be disposed of recording the same, the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, since no further orders are required.
