There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No. 7068 of 2024 in re: Raj Krishna vs. Union of India and Ors, 2024 : AHC-LKO : 64830, decided on 19.09.2024. 3. Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is allowed and the order impugned dated 11.10.2024, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition, is quashed. 4. It is provided that the petitioner would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment of Raj Krishna (supra).
