The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1) Direct the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Luckriow to decide/dispose of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. pending before him filed in Regular Suit No. 2609 of 2023 "Smt. Savita Singh Versus Surendra Pratap Singh and another" within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. (ii) Direct the opposite parties not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over his land and not to raise any construction on the land in question and to maintain the status quo during the pendency of application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
