The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To issue a Writ Order or Direction in nature of "Mandamus" commanding to the Opposite Parties No.1 to 4 to take the necessary actions for removal of the illegal encroachment and construction raised over a public path, Khalihan, Devsthan and Pitland i.e. Gata no- 519/0.1380 Hec. recorded in revenue as Rasta, and Gata no. 490/0.0610 Hec. Recorded in revenue record as Khalihan, and Gata no. 495/0.0400 Hec. recorded in revenue records as Devsthan, and Gata no. 483/0.0650 Hec. recorded in revenue records as Pitland reserved for public purposes in account of the Gaon Sabha." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has efficacious remedy under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the appropriate authority, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within the period as prescribed in the statute.
