Let the petitioner approach opposite party no.2 who may apprise the petitioner in writing as to the reasons for non- compliance of the said order dated 12.08.2004, if any. However, if there is no impediment then he shall consider compliance of the same as the case may be. Let this be done within one month. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. 6. Opposite party no.2 shall communicate his decision to Senior Registrar of this Court at Lucknow in compliance of this order which shall be placed on record. 7. Sri S.C.
