The petitioner seeks mandamus restraining the opposite parties from undertaking construction of some shed/cremation site on Gata No. 258 situated in Village Raipur Todi, Block Deeh, Teshil Salon, District Raebareli which is recorded in the revenue records as 'Marghat'. The construction is being undertaken by the Pradhan of the village. 3. The petitioner can approach the Civil Court or avail such other remedies as may be available or may approach the concerned authority as far as it may be permissible in law, but, we cannot go into such questions under writ jurisdiction. 4. The petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
