Neither the learned counsel for the applicant is present nor any request for adjournment of the case has been made on his behalf. Learned Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit on behalf of the respondent- Shri Amrit Abhijat, Principal Secretary, Nagar Vikas Vibhag, Lucknow, which is taken on record. Learned Standing counsel has submitted that in compliance of the judgment passed by the writ Court, the services of the applicant has been regularized from the back date as requested by the petitioner and ordered by the Hon'ble High Court, for which the learned Standing counsel has drawn the attention of this Court in para 5 of the compliance affidavit. For convenience, para 5 of the compliance affidavit is quoted hereinabove:- "That it is most respectfully submitted that in compliance of the judgment/order dated 25.07.2023 passed by this Hon'ble High Court in writ petition in question, the deponent passed an office order dated 06.03.2025 whereby the services of the petitioner was regularized from backdate as requested by the petitioner and ordered by the Hon'ble High Court. The true copy of office order dated 06.03.2025 is marked as Annexure No. A-1 to this affidavit." After going through the record and the order dated 06.03.2025 filed along with the compliance affidavit, it is found that the judgment passed by the writ Court has been complied with, as such the present contempt application has become infructuous. In view of above, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
