By means of this application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. the applicant has prayed for a direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow to decide expeditiously the application for release of vehicle dated 24.04.2024, titled as Munshi Lal Vs. State, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow expeditiously within the stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the applicant states that his application for release of the vehicle in question is pending for the last about one year but no order has been passed till date and the vehicle is getting damaged. In view of the above, the instant application is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the application of the applicant as per law including the law as laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Sunderbhai Ambalal Desai Versus State of Gujarat; (2002) 10 SCC 283, most expeditiously.
