After arguing for a while, Mr. Bilal Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would feel satisfied if the instant writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent No. 3-Sub-Divisional Magistrate (West), Srinagar, to accord consideration to the application alleged to have been filed by the petitioners before him on 30th July, 2025, within some reasonable timeframe. 02. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Furqan Yaqub Sofi, learned Government Advocate enters appearance on behalf of respondents and is not averse to the disposal of the instant writ petition at this stage or else to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioners. However, he submits that the application of the petitioners would be considered in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field. 03. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length and perused the material on record. 04. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage as an innocuous prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the same is accordingly disposed of with the direction to the respondent No. 3-Sub-Divisional Magistrate (West), Srinagar, to accord due consideration to the application alleged to have been filed by the petitioners before him on 30th July, 2025, by passing a speaking order, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law. 05. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed by the respondent No. 3, be forwarded to the petitioner by registered post. 06.
